Following, two works in clay that have been
showed
in exhibitions dealing with the ever longed for reconciliation.
A symposium about calligraphy on ceramics took
place in the Um el Fahem Art Gallery.
Some 45 artists from all over the country took part and an exhibition of
their work was opened in
the gallery on September 16.(untill mid-November). This "Dream Dove" (60 cm base, 55
high) is my contribution to the exhibition. Materials: clay, Raphia, black
string, Engobe colours. |
45 קדרים ואמני קליגרפיה השתתפו בפסח בסימפוזיון שנערך בגלריה לאמנות של אום אל פחם ביוזמתו ובניהולו הסוחף של סעיד אבו שקרה, מנהלה של הגלריה. האמנים באו מכל קצות הארץ וזכו לאירוח אבהי וחם מצד כל צוות הגלריה. העבודות שנוצרו במקום מוצגות בתערוכה שנפתחה ב16 בספטמבר (עד אמצע נובמבר). הפסל הנ"ל הוא תרומתי
